You can reach our support during our opening hours by email and phone. Outside our opening hours, an on-call service is available at CHF 250 per hour under the same telephone number.

Monday – Thursday
8:00 – 12:00 | 13:30 – 17:00 Swiss time

Friday
8:00 – 12:00 | 13:30 – 16:00 Swiss time

Remote Support

In some cases, our support needs to access your local computer with Teamviewer in order to resolve a problem. When prompted, download and open Teamviewer using the button below.
